Lead Research Automated

Data Sources Consolidated
BDRs at Revive were making 100+ calls a day. Before each one, they had to manually research the lead. That meant opening the HubSpot contact record, reviewing property history, checking past engagements, looking up associated deals, and pulling up the homeowner's Revive AI report to understand their situation and selling options. All of that information existed, but it was spread across multiple sources and had to be pieced together by hand every single time.
The prep wasn't hard. It was just repetitive and time-consuming at scale. When you're making that many calls a day, even a couple of extra minutes per lead creates a ceiling on how many conversations a BDR can actually have.

I built an n8n workflow that automatically generates an AI-powered lead brief the moment a new lead enters HubSpot. The workflow pulls data from multiple sources in parallel, hands it to an AI agent to synthesize, and writes a ready-to-use summary directly on the contact record. By the time a BDR is ready to make the call, the research is already done.
No new tools to learn. No process change. The summary just shows up on the record. BDRs got back the time they were spending on research before every call, which meant more time on the phone and more conversations per day.

Lead research fully automated before every call
4 data sources. Zero manual prep. Summary waiting on the record.
The AI-generated BDR summary written directly to the HubSpot contact record
The workflow triggers off a HubSpot webhook and gathers data from four sources simultaneously before passing everything to an AI agent. The key design choice was running the data pulls in parallel, not in sequence. That keeps the workflow fast enough to be useful before a BDR picks up the phone.
n8n Workflow: AI-Powered Lead Brief Generator
This wasn't about giving BDRs a new tool or changing how they worked. It was about removing a step that was eating into their capacity every single day. The data was always available. It just took time to find and synthesize before every call. Automating that research and letting AI turn it into an actionable brief meant BDRs could spend more of their day in conversations instead of clicking through CRM records.
The time savings went directly back into more calls. No new hiring, no process overhaul. Just one workflow that made the existing team faster.
No new tools. No behavior change.
The summary appears on the HubSpot record the BDR was already going to open. Nothing added to their workflow. The friction just disappears.
Parallel data pulls are what make it fast.
Running all four sources at the same time instead of sequentially is what keeps the brief ready before the call. Sequential would have been too slow to matter.
AI synthesis beats a data dump every time.
Showing BDRs four raw data sources would have just moved the problem. The AI agent reads the context and writes something a rep can actually use in the first 30 seconds.
